We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on our Site is accurate and current. Service descriptions, pricing ranges, project timelines, and other details are provided as general guidance and do not constitute binding offers. Specific project terms are established in individual client agreements.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Blue Tree offers free on-site design consultations. Requesting a consultation does not obligate you to engage Blue Tree for services, and does not obligate Blue Tree to provide services. Consultations are offered at Blue Tree's discretion based on project scope, location, and scheduling availability.
Estimates and proposals provided during or after consultations are good-faith projections based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final project pricing is established in a signed project agreement that reflects the confirmed scope, materials, site conditions, and any applicable permits or engineering requirements.
Any pricing ranges, cost guides, or budget information published on the Site (including blog posts and FAQ answers) are provided as general educational content for the geographic region we serve. These figures do not constitute quotes for your specific project. Pricing changes over time based on material costs, labor conditions, and market factors. The year associated with any published pricing information indicates when that range was last verified.
All service engagements are governed by a written project agreement signed by both the client and Blue Tree. The project agreement supersedes any general information on this Site regarding scope, pricing, timelines, or deliverables.
Changes to the project scope after the agreement is signed are documented through a written change order process. Change orders describe the modification, the cost impact, and the timeline impact. No changes are executed without written client approval.
Where services require township permits (pool construction, electrical, gas lines, structures exceeding height thresholds, impervious surface compliance), Blue Tree handles the permitting process on the client's behalf. Permitting timelines vary by municipality and are outside Blue Tree's control. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and are itemized in the project agreement.
Project pricing accounts for expected site conditions assessed during the consultation. Unforeseen conditions discovered during construction (rock, underground utilities, undisclosed drainage issues, soil contamination) may require scope adjustments. Blue Tree communicates any unforeseen conditions and associated cost impacts before proceeding with additional work.
Project timelines provided in proposals and agreements are good-faith estimates based on the scope, complexity, and conditions known at the time. Timelines may be affected by weather, permitting delays, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions. Blue Tree communicates timeline changes as they arise.
Blue Tree provides warranty coverage on completed projects as specified in the project agreement. Warranty terms vary by service division and component. A summary of standard warranty coverage is available on our Warranties page. The specific warranty terms in your signed project agreement govern your coverage.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by homeowner negligence, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature (floods, earthquakes, falling trees), or normal wear and aging of materials. Specific exclusions are documented in the project agreement.
To submit a warranty claim, contact your designer or Blue Tree's main office at (610) 222-0590. Blue Tree will assess the issue, determine warranty applicability, and schedule any covered repairs.
Payment terms are established in the project agreement. Standard payment structures include a deposit at signing, milestone payments during construction, and a final payment at project completion. Specific percentages and milestones are documented in each project agreement.
Blue Tree accepts payment methods as specified in the project agreement. Financing options may be available for qualifying projects. See our Financing page for details.
Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or other remedies as specified in the project agreement.
All content on this Site (text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, logos, and layout) is the property of Blue Tree Outdoor Living or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site content without written permission.
Blue Tree may photograph completed projects for use in our portfolio, marketing materials, website, social media, and advertising. By engaging Blue Tree for services, you grant Blue Tree a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs of the completed project for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your project not be photographed or featured, notify Blue Tree in writing before project completion.
Design plans, 3D renderings, and CAD drawings created by Blue Tree during the design process are the intellectual property of Blue Tree Outdoor Living. Clients receive a license to use approved design plans for the purpose of completing the project described in the agreement. Design plans may not be shared with other contractors or used for projects not covered by the agreement without written permission from Blue Tree.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Blue Tree Outdoor Living's total liability arising from or related to your use of this Site or any services provided is limited to the amount you paid to Blue Tree under your project agreement.
Blue Tree is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including lost profits, property damage not caused by Blue Tree's work, or project delays beyond Blue Tree's control.
This limitation does not apply to claims arising from Blue Tree's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Tree Outdoor Living, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your breach of any project agreement.
If a dispute arises between you and Blue Tree, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Many concerns can be resolved through direct communication with your designer or Blue Tree's management team.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may request mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The costs of mediation are shared between the parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Our Site contains links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, review sites, financing partners, and industry organizations. Blue Tree does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.
By submitting a form on our Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from Blue Tree related to your inquiry. These communications may include email responses, appointment confirmations, project updates, and follow-up correspondence.

Blue Tree may send occasional marketing communications about our services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting service-related communications.
