From the start, John clearly explained the process and worked closely with me to make sure the design met my needs. The crew, Jake and Jose, worked diligently and showed great care throughout the project. They installed the natural flagstones with impressive precision, creating a surface that was as level as possible while respecting the natural variations in the stone. I was especially impressed by their artistic skill in arranging the flagstones into a visually pleasing pattern. We met the team on several occasions before work started so they knew exactly what we wanted and needed. The work crew, including Jose Z, Javier, and Blake were timely, professional, and definitely left our pool and yard area much better than they found it. They worked with us throughout the entire process and delivered a flawless pool.  They were friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, responsive, and available to us throughout the entire process.  They also were great collaborators with the design and features and our other contractors.  We continue to work with the team for weekly cleanings, the opening and closing, and questions along the way.  It is clear that they take pride in the pools they bring to life.  I have always felt confident in the guidance and recommendations they have given us along the way.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired Blue Tree for our pool and it was one of, if not the best, contracting experiences we ever had.   Blue tree dealt with a difficult zoning situation, unexpected complications (unknown septic tanks) and came through with a beautiful pool in enough time for us to use it during the summer.  They were excellent at communicating issues and telling us what to expect.   Additionally, the estimate also included all the post-construction landscaping, which made the process easier for us. And they were reasonably priced as well (especially since the landscaping was included in the estimate).   We strongly recommend considering Blue Tree for your pool construction.
