The designer leads the discovery conversation, asks how you use your backyard day to day, then translates that into a plan. Coming in with a rigid spec can box out better options the designer would see. The most useful things to have ready: your budget range, your timeline, and one or two examples of outdoor spaces you like.
The initial discovery call and first on-site visit are free. For full installation projects, Blue Tree Outdoor Living includes design exploration, including CAD planning and a 3D presentation when appropriate, as part of the project process. A separate design fee may apply when a homeowner requests a detailed design-only deliverable without an installation. Blue Tree explains the scope and any fee before design work begins.
