Blue Tree's five service lines work under one leadership team for the agreed scope.
Every Blue Tree designer hears the same three concerns. Here's how we handle each one, before you have to ask.
A real investment, and we never spring a surprise number on you. Your designer value-engineers the project to fit your budget: swap materials, adjust scope, or phase the work. Financing is available too.
We give honest timelines, even when we're booked a few months out. That wait is the reason you're considering us: people trust us enough to wait for quality work. A couple of summer months buys decades of enjoyment.
Read our Google reviews, walk our portfolio, and ask about our 13 to 14 year average tenure and 43 year history through the 2008 recession and the pandemic. We'll connect you with past clients near you, or meet our team and read our story. Companies that cut corners don't survive four decades.
Blue Tree Outdoor Living coordinates Pools, Landscapes, Hardscapes, Healthy Yards, and Premier Outdoor Services through one company. The assigned designer leads discovery and design, then coordinates the relevant project managers and field teams around the approved scope. Blue Tree has a 13 to 14 year average employee tenure, more than 100 years of combined design and sales experience, and 8 or more designers and sales professionals on staff. Itemized proposals document the included scope and price before work begins. The company brings 43 years of experience in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Blue Tree prices each project according to the approved design, materials, access, site preparation, sequencing, and written warranty terms. Rather than relying on a blanket comparison with another contractor, homeowners should compare the itemized scope, exclusions, allowances, responsibilities, and warranty documents in each proposal. Blue Tree can also discuss phasing and third-party financing options when they fit the project.
Blue Tree Outdoor Living has 8 or more designers and sales professionals on staff, with more than 100 years of combined design and sales experience. Several team members hold degrees in landscape design, landscape architecture, horticulture, or related fields. The assigned designer leads discovery and design, then coordinates with project managers and field teams as the approved scope moves into construction. As Jérôme Besnard puts it, "We're more designers than salesmen."
Blue Tree's written warranty provides lifetime structural coverage on the concrete pool shell for the original homeowner, subject to stated conditions and exclusions. Quality Finish plaster has a 10-year limited warranty, and white plaster has a 1-year limited warranty. Other finishes, equipment, plumbing, electrical, hardscape, and landscape work have their own written terms. The signed proposal, contract, and warranty documents control the coverage for each project.
Blue Tree's model coordinates pool design and construction through a Southeastern PA design-build team. The company brings 43 years of regional outdoor-living experience and a 15-year pool construction track record. The assigned designer coordinates with pool construction managers and field teams, while the itemized proposal documents the included scope, responsibilities, equipment, schedule assumptions, and written warranty terms.
Contact the assigned project contact or Blue Tree's service team when an issue arises. Blue Tree reviews the concern against the approved scope, site conditions, and applicable warranty documents, then explains the next step. For a formal warranty claim, Blue Tree's published process provides a response within five business days. Written coverage includes lifetime structural protection on the concrete pool shell for the original homeowner, 3 years of Jandy and Fluidra equipment workmanship, 2 years of hardscape workmanship, and a 1-year one-time plant replacement when proper watering and care requirements are met, subject to the complete terms and exclusions.
Blue Tree Outdoor Living builds custom concrete (gunite) and fiberglass inground pools. Concrete allows extensive customization in shape, size, depth, and integrated features. Blue Tree's written warranty provides lifetime structural coverage on the concrete shell for the original homeowner, subject to stated conditions and exclusions. Fiberglass uses a pre-formed shell, with the applicable warranty defined by the written proposal, contract, and manufacturer documents. Blue Tree does not build vinyl-liner or above-ground pools. Concrete and gunite spas integrated with a pool are in scope; standalone hot tubs are not currently offered. Compare options on the fiberglass pools page.
Blue Tree Outdoor Living's 2026 planning range is $75,000 to $200,000 or more for an inground pool project. A complete backyard scope that includes patios, planting, lighting, fencing, or outdoor structures may reach $150,000 to $400,000 or more. Final pricing depends on pool type, access, soil, permits, finishes, and the approved scope.
Often, when the design, site conditions, construction sequence, and budget allow it. The designer identifies work that must happen first for structural, access, drainage, or utility reasons and can plan selected later phases around the overall design. The itemized proposal documents what is included now, what may be deferred, and any dependencies between phases.
