This Skippack Township project was a full transformation of an outdated patio and overgrown landscape that had begun to close in the space. The client wanted to open up views to the backyard and create a more functional outdoor living environment.
We redesigned the layout to improve flow, with dedicated areas for grilling, dining, and a firepit, plus a roofed structure for shade and comfort. We planned around sun exposure so the space stays usable through the day, and corrected grading and drainage so water flows away from the home foundation.
The patio was built with Techo-Bloc Blu 60 slate pavers, complemented by Mini Creta walls, architectural caps, and pillar accents with York caps. New low-growing landscaping softens the space while keeping the open views, and an integrated lighting and audio system extends enjoyment into the evening.
