This Collegeville backyard had real structural and drainage problems. Two 5-foot retaining walls were failing, the pool needed attention, and the existing patio had been installed improperly with no working drainage. We rebuilt the property from the structural layer up so the space is now safe, functional, and built to last.
We removed the two failing 5-foot retaining walls and rebuilt them with proper base prep, drainage, and geo-grid reinforcement for long-term stability. The pool area got the same attention: loose coping was replaced and the surface was cleaned and refreshed. The patio was completely reworked with rebuilt steps, proper base and channel drains, and new Techo-Bloc travertine in a larger-scale pattern.
To finish, we added clean edging, upgraded the landscaping and lighting, built a gas fire pit area, and installed a turf section to soften the hardscape. The result is a safer, more functional Collegeville backyard ready to be enjoyed for years.
