This Phoenixville and Spring City project was a complete backyard build designed to create a true entertaining and recreation space. The homeowners wanted a resort-style retreat that combined relaxation, recreation, and entertaining while taking advantage of the pond views behind the property.
At the center is a custom inground concrete pool with a swim-up bar and countertop seating, a spacious sunshelf, and an 18-inch raised spa. A natural boulder stone waterfall built into the design creates movement, sound, and a natural feel. To work with the sloped backyard, we installed masonry retaining walls and steps that create a lower-level entertainment area.
The outdoor living space features a fully equipped grill island with a built-in grill, cabinet storage, beverage cooler, and warming drawer, plus bar-top seating overlooking the pool. The patio was finished with Techo-Bloc Blu 60 pavers. Pool code-compliant wood fencing, landscaping, boulder walls, lighting, and drip irrigation complete the property.
