We worked closely with the homeowner, township, and engineer to design and build a
custom pool on a challenging West Chester property that combined slope, setback restrictions, and drainage issues.
The project included a pool with a sunshelf and
spa, a
raised wall to manage the grade, decking, natural boulder steps, a stormwater system,
fencing, lighting, landscaping, and
drip irrigation for easier ongoing care. Careful coordination kept the build compliant with township setbacks while still delivering a resort-quality result.
