Blue Tree – the best landscape company in all domains across the board!
We hired Blue Tree for extensive landscape gardening + also a much-needed patio refurbishment. Our garden, over 2+ Covid years, had become overgrown due to ‘plant-spread’/ weeds. Blue Tree removed all of the overgrowth + created a beautiful, thoughtful pattern for the plants – our ‘English Garden’ now looks elegant + well-manicured while still retaining the atmosphere of a naturalist space. The crew (Andy – team leader; E.J. + Matt) were professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. What was extra-special was that they maintained a stellar attitude while working in the challenge of extreme heat/ drought conditions!
The patio had been a mess – our pavers hadn’t been cleaned or sanded in years. The hardscaping team was meticulous in the cleaning of each paver; and then the re-sanding crew was ever so thorough in re-grouting where we had holes + cracks. They did a final sand coat over the entire surface, and the patio looks better than when it was new!
Of all the kudos I give Blue Tree, perhaps what ‘sealed the deal’ for me was the responsiveness + fair regard I experienced throughout the process. When I originally put the ‘job out for bid,’ I received 5 proposals. Two companies were cheaper, but ill-prepared to do the quality work I was looking for. The other two companies were so far beyond the scope of budget, that all I can say is that they appeared to be ‘price-gouging’ to make a quick buck.
Blue Tree came in with a bid that was fair, competitive + commensurate with what I wanted done. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly for me, Project Manager – Tim T., was willing to accommodate my schedule. I am a High School teacher, and I needed to get everything finished within a window of time before returning to the classroom. Tim made that happen. For me, as a customer, his responsiveness in keeping me in the loop + willingness to create a workable schedule that respected my time constraints was – well – extraordinary. With Blue Tree – the CUSTOMER STILL COMES FIRST!!!
I recommend Blue Tree to anyone who is looking for a life-long relationship with a company that delivers on all levels. Blue Tree is an organization of exacting standards + integrity. We look forward to working with them again!
