Pricing is based on lawn square footage and program tier (5-step, 8-step, or 10-step). You receive a custom quote based on your lawn's square footage, and a free on-site property evaluation is available at your request. Blue Tree Outdoor Living does not publish flat-rate pricing because every lawn has different conditions that affect the right program.
Three seasonal tiers. The 5-step program covers the core fertilization and weed control calendar, from spring pre-emergent through winter feeding. The 8-step adds summer insect control, a late-summer post-emergent treatment for crabgrass and yellow nutsedge, and a lime application to balance soil pH. The 10-step includes everything in the 8-step plus double-plug core aeration and overseeding for a thicker, more resilient lawn.
Both the organic and synthetic programs are applied per label for use around children and pets. The organic program uses a natural blend of oils to deter insects. The synthetic program uses EPA-registered insecticides approved for residential use. We can walk through which option fits your household during the evaluation.
Monthly, from March through October, an 8-month treatment season. Blue Tree Outdoor Living services your property on a 30-day cycle.
The foundation of the house, ornamental plants, mulch beds, downspouts, high-moisture areas, standing water zones, and the property perimeter. Blue Tree Outdoor Living does not broadcast-spray the open lawn. Treatments target the areas where mosquitoes and ticks breed and harbor.
A lawn reflects how it has been treated over the past several years. Compacted soil, depleted nutrients, established weed root systems, and thinning turf cannot be reversed in a single application. Most lawns show improvement within the first season and substantial transformation across two full program years.

Late summer into fall, roughly August through October, is the strongest window in Southeastern PA. The soil is still warm, the nights are cooler, and new grass has time to root before winter. Spring seeding works but competes with summer heat and weed pressure.
A blue tag certified blend of turf-type tall fescue and perennial ryegrass. Tall fescue holds up to heat, drought, and the clay soils common in our region, and the ryegrass fills in quickly for a denser stand.
Brown spots trace back to several conditions: winter ice, summer heat and drought, pet urine, insect damage such as grubs, or fungal disease. Mark identifies the cause during the evaluation, because the fix for grubs is different from the fix for fungus.
Grub damage usually shows up in late summer, August into September, as patches of lawn that lift up easily because the roots have been chewed through. Skunks, raccoons, and birds digging up the turf overnight are another sign grubs are feeding underneath.
Once the application has dried, usually about an hour, children and pets can return to the lawn. Your technician confirms the timing for the specific product applied that visit.
Wait about 24 hours before mowing. That gives the lawn time to take in the application so the treatment is not cut off or removed before it has a chance to work.
