This Telford property transformation started with the homeowner's goal of refreshing the outdoor living space while solving long-standing drainage issues. The pergola, gazebo, and fountain stayed in place. Everything else was reimagined around them.
The original patio came out completely. We corrected the underlying grading so water now flows safely away from the home's foundation, then installed new Techo-Bloc Blu 60 slate pavers with a Mini Creta wall, architectural caps, and a Villagio border for a clean, durable hardscape.
The surrounding landscape was redesigned with new plantings selected for seasonal color and staggered bloom times. Additional buffering went in along the property line for privacy from street traffic. To make the space useful into the evening, we integrated landscape lighting plus a drip irrigation system to support long-term plant health.
