Jérôme Besnard joined Blue Tree Outdoor Living in 2025 as Sales Manager, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across sales & marketing, IT, and production management.
He grew an early passion for residential architecture and outdoor spaces growing up around his father’s home-building and development company in France, which ultimately inspired him to pursue his career in the United States. Before launching his business career, Jérôme served as a paratrooper in the French Army where he rose from Private to Staff Sergeant. The experience instilled in him the discipline, adaptability, and servant leadership mindset that guide his work today.
Jérôme holds two Master's degrees in Economics (MA) and Business Administration (MBA). His commitment to excellence extends well beyond the office: he is an avid endurance athlete who has completed two Marathons and one Ironman. This same drive and focus translate directly to his work at Blue Tree, where he contributes to the sales process, authors buyer guides, and serves as a key reviewer for pool and outdoor living content.
Jérôme and his wife, Katrina, live in Schwenksville, PA, where they are raising their two children, both of whom are passionate swimmers and active community volunteers. In their spare time, the family loves hitting the shore in the summer and embarking on an annual trip to discover new places together, both across the US and overseas. Jérôme also looks forward to his annual visit back home to see his family in France.
