Landscape Designer
Job Description
- Design & estimate of landscape, hardscape, and construction projects for Landscape Sales Team
- Site visits, take offs, design plans
- Develop presentation packets for presentations
- Securing permits from townships
- Process work orders for production team
- Oversight of project to ensure concept becomes reality
Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum of three plus years field, design experience
- Bachelor’s of science degree or equivalent landscape design or horticulture experience
- Experience and knowledge with all aspects of landscape, hardscape, and masonry
- Proficient computer skills include dynascape, pool studio, excel and word
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with multi-task skills

Landscape Drafting / Design Technician
Job Description
Individual will be responsible for assisting in field measurements including grades, drafting, scaled designs from concept to final draft as well as estimating.
Individual should be self-motivated willing to take direction, work in a team environment, and will able to prepare designs and work orders in a fast paced environment
Requirements & Experience:
- One + years experience with CAD based software, Dynascape preferred
- Bachelor’s of science degree or equivalent landscape design or horticulture experience
- Experience and knowledge with all aspects of landscape, hardscape, and masonry
- Proficient computer skills include dynascape, pool studio, excel and word
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with multi-task skills
