I did not have the best experience with BTL. I wanted a spring cleanup done by BTL and met with the landscaper salesperson in April to discuss the scope of work. After committing to the services, I found out that the work would not be scheduled until mid-June! Because of the long delay in getting the work done, some plants were trimmed when it was not the optimal time to do so.
