Blue Tree has been designing and maintaining my property for over 5 years and I love all they do! I receive an email as to when they are coming and if I have any requests or concerns. I also have a walk around the morning of maintenance with their Foreman to go over anything else I would like to have done. Very professional and answer honestly when I ask for opinions on a plant choice.

Packages are customized by property. A typical program includes spring clean-up, bed maintenance (weeding, edging, mulching), seasonal pruning, fall clean-up, and leaf removal. Expanded packages add weekly mowing, pool maintenance, paver care, and irrigation management.
Yes. Premier Outdoor Services serves all homeowners, not Blue Tree Outdoor Living build clients alone. For properties built by another company, the first visit includes a full assessment so the maintenance team understands the existing systems, plant material, and hardscape specifications.
Pool opening: cover removal, equipment start-up, plumbing check, water chemistry balancing, filter and pump inspection, automation system activation. Pool closing: water level adjustment, plumbing blow-out, equipment winterization, cover installation, chemical treatment for winter. The crew that opens and closes your pool knows your equipment because they installed it.
Over time, paver joints lose sand, weeds establish between pavers, and the surface dulls from weather exposure. Paver restoration includes high-pressure cleaning, joint re-sanding with polymeric sand, and optional sealing to restore color and prevent future weed growth and ant infestation.
Depending on exposure and use, paver restoration is recommended every 2 to 4 years. High-traffic pool decks and outdoor kitchens may benefit from more frequent maintenance.
Yes. Many clients begin with seasonal clean-ups or pool opening/closing and expand to a year-round program as they see the value. Programs scale up or down based on your needs.
Yes. You receive advance notification before every scheduled visit. The crew follows a documented scope for each visit. If they identify issues beyond the scope, they communicate those before taking action.
The crew documents the issue, communicates it to your point of contact, and provides a recommendation. Warranty-covered issues are handled through the standard warranty process. Issues outside warranty scope are quoted as a separate line item before any work proceeds.
Same company, same leadership, same crews. Premier Outdoor Services is a division within Blue Tree Outdoor Living, not a separate entity. Your maintenance crew has access to your original design plans, installation records, and equipment specifications. The designer who planned your landscape may consult on pruning decisions, and the same pool construction team that built your pool oversees its maintenance, led by Mike Wadsworth, our Senior Pool Construction Manager (Certified Building Professional).
